Shipping
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–5 business days), Expedited (1-3 business day) and XpressPost (1-2 business days). Business days do not include weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Times within Canada
Providing accurate shipping estimates is tricky right now. We encourage you to use your tracking number to follow orders. If you have a tracking number, it means we have handed your order to a shipping partner.
Standard Post is insured for damage or loss. Some items cannot be shipped by standard methods.
Delivery outside urban areas
All orders ship from our BC Canada location and may take 1–3 days to process, in addition to the delivery estimates shown. Estimates are most accurate for urban centres. Post office boxes, rural or remote locations may take longer. Call to confirm shipping availability outside urban areas.
Shipping to USA and international
- Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated, and remain the customer’s responsibility.
- A customs invoice may arrive with your parcel or follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
- Failure or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or import fees does not transfer responsibility to us, and no refunds will be issued for packages returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid fees.

- At this time, we are unable to ship to APO AE boxes but are willing to figure out a workaround if you would like to contact us first to discuss. info@blingonthechaos.com
Shipping Delays
Please note that we do not accept order cancellations due to shipping interruptions or seasonal delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday season disruptions may affect shipping times. Once an order is placed, it is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and cancellations will not be permitted.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your order to you. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping Protection by Navidium
You may choose to have your products protected against damage or loss during transit by the carrier for an additional fee. Please note that theft, after an item is marked as delivered, is not covered unless the delivery notice indicates non-delivery or delivery made to an incorrect address. Please ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered when selecting your shipping option as BOTC is not responsible for theft of any kind. Additionally, original paid shipping fees and the shipping of replacement items is not included under this protection and will be at the customer's expense.
If you choose a shipping option that does not include a tracking number, protection is not provided and any related claims will not be processed. You may request a full refund of your protection fee if you have selected a non-tracking shipping service. Choosing a tracked shipping option is the customer's responsibility.
