Refund policy
All sales are final unless agreed upon with management. Cancellation of orders is not permitted unless discussed and with just cause. Approved cancellations will incur a 15% processing fee. Choosing the incorrect shipping method does not constitute order cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders. Fulfilled orders claimed to be undelivered/missing or have a chargeback filed will be subject to all future orders being cancelled.
Each item purchased is inspected before it is delivered to you. If your item is defective, please email us to discuss it. Most of our rhinestones are glass, and with any glass item, there is a chance of breakage. Small chips may occur during transport, and while we do all that we can to protect them from this, it is unavoidable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on adhesives.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@blingonthechaos.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee and can only be cancelled prior to shipment and with just cause. Not all cancellations will be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise discussed with Bling On The Chaos. You may contact us regarding a possible We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any applicable transaction fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
