Shipping and Return Policy
Absolutely no cancellations nor price adjustments accepted. Please make sure billing and shipping information is correct before checking out.
Once your parcel leaves our premise and is in the hands of the courier company, Bling On The Chaos is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or otherwise parcels. We offer additional shipping protection at the cost of 4.5% of the value of your parcel. This covers damage or loss on behalf of the courier (theft not included). Once your order has been received by the shipping company, Bling On The Chaos is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless you have purchased this additional shipping protection. If you have opted out of our shipping protection we offer then once the parcel is in the hands of the courier BOTC is not responsible for any damages, loss or theft. If you would not like “Signature Required” shipping, please email us immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Policy
All items ship in 2-3 business days unless expressed otherwise. This excludes holidays.
Upon checkout you may choose your method of shipping - either Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx or Canpar. I always strive to find the fastest route available for you and therefor your parcel may actually arrive by another courier service. Letter mail is an option for rhinestones only and includes up to 4-6 bags depending on the size of rhinestone. No tracking information is available for Letter Mail. Any other items added to Letter Mail shipping will cause a delay in your item being shipped while we contact you to discuss your options.
At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment if applicable. This number allows you to track the status of your package (if you have chosen tracking) after it has left our office, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the shipping company has received your order, Bling On The Chaos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. Bling On The Chaos is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the shipping company and are beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
We take pride in providing FAST SHIPPING however, please anticipate possible delays that are beyond our control. We encourage you to order items as far in advance as possible to avoid the headache of delays.

Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup available and are generally ready NEXT BUSINESS DAY after your purchase. Pick up information will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. We are located in Victoria BC, Canada.
Do you accept returns?
Each item purchased is inspected before it is delivered to you. If for some reason your item is defective, please email us to discuss. Most of our rhinestones are glass and with any glass item there is a chance of breakage. Small chips may occur during transport and while we do all that we can to protect them from this, it is unavoidable. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on adhesives.
All sales are final unless otherwise discussed with Bling On The Chaos.
